North Texas School of Ministry Graduation
The NTXSOM holds a graduation ceremony every year in April. Details about the event can be found here.

Students invited to participate in the graduation are those who have completed a full level of courses.

Students wishing to participate in the Graduation must submit the Graduation Application Form 4 weeks prior to the event.

Very Important- before submission of the Graduation Application Form, you must verify your eligibility to participate by viewing your Subject List on the GU Student Portal.

Log in with Student ID & Passwordā

Select Account from drop down menu

Select Educational History
-
Select View Subject List
-
Select Berean School of the Bible
-
Verify there is a posted passing grade for all the courses in your current level.

Invited participant list will be posted here 3 weeks prior to the event.

The Valedictorian and Salutatorian of each Study Track (Certified, Licensed, & Ordained) will be recognized. Valedictorian & Salutatorian are the highest & second highest scoring students who also attended 80% of the enrolled seminars.

Please note, that Graduation is NOT the same as receiving credentials. Upon the completion of the Certified, Licensed, or Ordained Study Tracks, you must apply for credentials with the NTD Secretary Treasurer's office. Click here for more information.
